He has applied Research and Development in a broad range of technologies for readiness levels from concept to production and has broad technical experience with emphasis in advanced materials (especially composites), clean energy, and national security. Cliff is an accomplished innovator, team leader and strategist and has extensive relationships with DOE, FFRDC, many universities and a wide range of US and global industries.
